I wear my Royal Oak 15400 only once a week. The rest of the time I just keep them on the shelf. I know that most of people keep their watches in winders. So is the winder necessary to keep my watch? Thank you

iWatch. What are you going to do?
Well, if you follow tech gossip like I do, it seems imminent now,that the iwatch will most likely be released this year. I love gadgets just as much as i love watches, but I still don't know what I'm gonna do regarding the iwatch. It supposedly has some amazing cutting edge sensors to measure everything in your life. There seems to be credible information that it even has a sweat sensor that will be able to read different health markers from your sweat. To me, this is amazing, but am I willing to wear an iwatch instead of one of my watches? Not sure. And if you put the iwatch in your watch rotation and use it sporadically, you lose the benefits of tracking your health etc.So, what are you going to do, has anyone thought about it?

Advice Needed - Best Patek Dress Watch that Wears Casually
Hey Everyone,I am finally feeling the pull of a Patek dress watch.Seeing the 5270 (white dial) and 5131r in person has cast a spell on me.But are those too dressy for more casual attire?Since dress watches are not something I have a lot of experience with,I am coming here to seek sage advice.Question: Which Patek Dress watch references, metals, dial colors etc. are the easiest to wear with casual attire as well as more dressed up.I am not looking for any Nautilus (including 5980, 5990, etc) or Aquanaut references, but more the classic (and modern) Patek dress watch references.Main criteria 1) Definitely under $120-130K (but more realistically $50-100K range)2) Must dress down to even jeans, shorts, sandals, nice shirts, and sharp graphic tees even. Is that possible to pull off in a fashionable way?3) Ideally a watch that will not tank on the secondary market.My preference would be platinum, but white gold may be necessary for monetary reasons.Actually I am open to suggestions on which

5167 + BLNR for Blue 5711?
I currently own 2 watches: a Patek 5167 on rubber and a Rolex BLNR Batman. I really enjoy both watches and like that I own one Patek and one Rolex....BUT every time I see pics of the blue 5711, I drool. Aesthetically, I view it as one of the most beautiful watches I've ever seen and somewhat of a grail.I briefly saw it once in person a long time ago and remember being slightly underwhelmed because I thought the dial looked more gray than blue I had expected to see. Also, in all fairness at this time I had only owned one Panerai and thought that spending approx $25k on one watch was ludicrous and not a realistic option for me. My questions now are: 1) believe it depends on lighting conditions but how often or what % of the time is the watch the beautiful blue vs. gray vs. some other color?2) should I trade both watches plus add a few dollars and get the blue 5711?
