Porsche Design Rolls Out New Watches For Its 40th Anniversary
The Porsche Design Studio, founded by Porsche 911 designer Ferdinand Alexander Porsche, marks four decades this year. To celebrate, Porsche Design is releasing four new watches: a limited-edition model of its very first product, the Chronograph I, and three new additions to its Flat Six collection.The limited-edition Chronograph I features a matte silver-gray case and bracelet, replacing the matte-black color scheme of the original from 1972. Most of the other details remain the same, including the black dial; the type, hands and bar indices filled with white luminous substance; and the red central chronograph hand. It is identified as an anniversary edition by the “40Y” immediately beneath the day/date windows at 3 o’clock. Hi, after a few years without AP, i acquired a 15300 and ROO panda.A few years ago I had a F-series safari which I sold, and next to a new box from audemars,i found the rubber pushers and crown quit soft on the last I-series 26170. I can put my nail into the rubber, where in my souvenirs it was quit hard on my F-series.
