Feedback of a 42mm ROO with extra short strap for my missy
Dear All,Great knowing this AP forum is alive with lots of informative discussions and pictures. I been searching around the various forums for pictures of ladies/gents feedbacking or posting pictures of their other halfs in 42mm ROOs on their wrists.Wasn't too lucky anyway. I'm considering buying my wife a bumblebee soon. Problem her wrist is barely 6 ? I was told my the AD that she can pull off the BB using an extra short strap as she is wearing my 44mms PAMs. Hence my search around the internet for like-minded folks.She is able to wear my PAMs 44mm using aftermarket extra short straps (mainly 70mm (buckleside) x 95mm).Really appreciate it if anyone could send me posts,links.pictures. better if we could have this discussion !!thanks !!Zymol
Crosswind White Dial Patina?
Hi everyone,Over the last year or so, I've noticed that the dial on my Breitling Crosswind has started to patina into a cream color. It was originally a white dial with MOP subdials, but if you compare the dial to the tachymeter scale or date window, you'll see there's now a definite color difference.I haven't seen this anywhere else, so I wanted to see if anyone has noticed this in the past. The watch was purchased in 2004 from an AD and has never been serviced.Sorry for the bad blackberry pics.
New Speedmaster Professional for $2300?
Hey all, I'm looking to buy myself a speedmaster as a Christmas present (buying myself Christmas presents makes me sound like a tool, but I'm not �C you understand). I was originally looking at used models, but I would get a new one if the price difference was reasonable. I'm in the military and through some wheeling / dealing, and strategic use of online coupon codes and opening store credit cards, I can get a new Speedmaster Professional for about $2300. To me that sounds like a great deal! However, I've never bought a watch new and am by no means a pricing expert. Is this as good of a deal as it sounds like or really nothing out of the ordinary? My first high end watch
Hello.I wanna buy a first high end watch and i think panerai is the one.Firstly i decided going for the PAM 372 but it seems that they now are sapphire instead of poly. The problem about Panerai is that the fakes are well made making it kinda hard to buy a pre-owned that being said i need to go for a new AD buy. Even if it was a hard to fake watch i think i want to buy high end watches new at an AD only.What you guys think about the PAM673 (1000 limited)? Compared to the PAM 372 (poly or sapphire).Should i get the PAM673 if i see it in an AD yet?Im open for any other brand as a first watch. With a limit of (25k dollars). And keeping in mind that i want it to pass by my younger generations.
