Review of the Ocean7 LM-2 Dive Watch From WatchReport.com
Ocean7 Watch Company is the brainchild of owner Mitchell Feig who knows that to make it in the watch business, you need to produce a unique and endearing product, carve out a niche, and stick to your core competencies. As the name suggests, Ocean7 makes watches designed to function in aquatic environments; their current lineup consists entirely of dive watches.Ocean7 Watch Company is what we call a transparent operation which means they keep close, even personal, connections with the people who have bought, and will eventually buy, their watches. From the beginning, Ocean7 started building not only watches, but watch collectors. Daily, one can find Mitch conversing with owners, collectors, and soon-to-be both on the Ocean7 forum and the Watchuseek Ocean7 forum. This is how Mitch gets input and advice from the most important watch connoisseurs in the world: his customers. The idea of a watch company listening to its customers about case size, dial style, hands etc. seems simultaneously
Your opinion and help please
Hi All,I am considering selling my two Hublot watches so I can buy the AP 15202. I used to be a big Hublot fan, but I recently found myself growing out of the brand and looking to resizing my collection to fewer watches but with more value and history. I currently own Rolex submariner 16610 and 16613, Rolex Milgauss GV and a PAM392. My question is do you think I should be selling my two Hublot watches to buy the AP 15202? I know this is an AP forum and most of us here love AP, but I would greatly appreciate your unbiased opinion. I am not considering selling any of my other watches as I truly love each one of them. The Hublots I am kind of bored of them and they don't get enough wrist time. However, again I am wondering if it is worth it to lose two watches to buy one watch. Also, does the AP 15202 retain its value? If I am to sell the Hublots I will be losing a good amount of money. I don't want this to be the case if I ever decide to sell the AP. I attach a picture of my two Hublots.
Omega PO Crown Waterproof Unscrewed?
I'm curious if anyone has an answer, is the PO crown still waterproof to any degree when unscrewed?Rolex claims that both the twinlock and triplock crowns will maintain their watertight nature even when fully unscrewed, so I'm wondering if Omega has the same or similar design. I sometimes think about what would happen if I showered or swam with my PO 8500 with the crown unscrewed (don't worry, I'm not brave enough to do it).I suppose the best way to find out would be to unscrew the crown an put it in a pressure tester and see at what point it fails...
Now this is a nice Omega !!
Only 3500 will be made.
