A Great Brunch Gathering
Ben, Jeff and my family met up today at the Greenhouse Ritz Carlton Singapore for its famous Sunday Vintage Champagne Brunch. Free flow of Moet Chandon, assorted beers, whisky, cocktails, and unlimited serving of lobsters, foie gras, oysters, beef, cheese, and many more other finger-licking good food, the brunch was really a fulfilling one (literally), especially when the company was merry Of course, how can there be no watch-talk among WIS? My wife and I were on our APs, while Jeff had chosen to wear his IWC Portofino 8 Days and Ben his recently acquired IWC Portuguese Yatch Club RG. These favorite timepieces did nothing but elevated the entire experience of our gathering We are planning for our next outing
Another Panerai newb.....First PAM incoming :)
Well, last night while roaming around the mall, my fiance and I decided to pop into Sidney Thomas to have a quick look and try on few PAMs. Next thing I know, we are being offered a gracious discount, when my amazing fiance whipped out her AMEX and bought me the watch. It's a PAM 590. The one I've been lusting over for some time now. This is my wedding present from my wife to be As you may imagine, I am beyond smitten and cannot wait for it to be on my wrist. Question for all you 114060 owners out there...
Since I had purchased 114060 new from my local AD a few weeks back I had noticed the watch itself is running 4-5 seconds slower than expected. I had set the time on a few occasions by using my I phone clock (hours/minutes/seconds). If I am doing something incorrectly or is this common on all 3130 movements ? Thank you for anyone's input on here.
Replacement Clasp
I have a Rolex Submariner two tone model 16613. My watch has a 93153 bracelet with a stainless steel clasp. I have received a two tone clasp from a 93253 bracelet. Will the two tone clasp fit on my 93153 bracelet? If so, what would it cost to swap the clasps? Thank you.
