Omega Co-Axial Regulating Wrench
I am in a quandary and I am seeking some help.I have my Planet Ocean chronograph with my watchmaker in Indiana, the Rolex AD in KoKoMo.My watch is keeping good time, but it is consistently 4 seconds fast per day, which is well within COSC specs, but still not as close as I'd like. One of my watchmaker's staff has attended the Omega training on the co-axial movements, but he has never received the regulating wrench as promised. Swatch Group have said they're out of stock in the US, but this is odd because O Frei apparently has them in stock.Does anyone have access to one of these wrenches that my watchmaker could use for about 20 minutes, which would be long enough to get the slack out of my watch?I know this is an odd request, but I really don't want the watch back in my hands until the regulation has been completed.By the way, I spoke to Hyde Park Jewellers in Denver, the AD that sold the watch originally, and they say they wouldn't bother to iron out those last few seconds. New acquisition.....
Just arrived this morning... I will post more pics later.....
Almost New SS Submariner
I am looking for a first Rolex for my son (who is hopefully graduating college) and narrowed it down either a SS Sub or a GMT. My AD is telling me that he has a No-Date Submariner that was originally sold in March of 2017 but never picked up from the store. The papers have been executed however. He is asking $6500.What does this fine community think?
Explorers at Amsterdam Airport
I always like to see some sports steel watches in stock, lady told me they received them last week. Tried on the Polar 42 mm, too big for me but great watch.
