Would you buy this? Double eagle chrono
Hi guys,I would like to ask what you are thinking about this Omega Constellation Double Eagle Chrono. I am looking for a rubber band watch and just saw this one in a omega shop. Have never considered buying a constellation sporty watch but somehow I like this particular model. It is sporty and elegant at the same time. I am not a big omega expert so would like to know what others are thinking. It costs around EUR 4500. Please tell me your opinion about this Omega chrono.thanks and regards
Flip a 5205G for a Journe?
I've never totally bonded with the 5205G black dial. Seems to have a jumbled personality. Elegant case that wears smaller than the size but with a sporty dial. Large dauphine hands which suit a dress watch but on a two-tone sector dial. From what I've seen the 5205R black works best with the lacquer dial and gives the watch a complete identity but unfortunately not for me. What say you to a trade with a little cash coming my way for the new FP Journe Octa Lune, Salmon dial. Either 40mm or 42mm. Is the salmon color too out there?(I own a 5726 white dial so I have a Patek AC. Pic of 5205G borrowed). Thanks in advance.patek_zps797589b8.jpg20150903_114013_resized.jpg
Aquanaut 5167A - I'm ready to buy
Hi All!So...I know how everyone feels when someone sees a new member with 1 posting - but you've got to start somewhere, right?Looking for a little advice...I have a Rolex, which I enjoy, but I'm ready to buy a Patek Aquanaut.I looked online (i.e. jomashop) and see the 18,335 they want...obviously, I'd rather buy from an AD at even a lower price if that's possible? Any suggestions on what price point at an AD I can expect - or any other suggestions on buying one? Thanks in advance!
