Calling on AP aficionados. Again....
Hey All. I have asked for some help on an AP matter in the past here: .rolexforums/showthrea...=187094&page=2Well this is related to that same situation. I decided to sell the other two watches I owned and now I just have the Rolex Sub-C. Obviously, I still want the AP ROO Diver! Now, I am not an expert on AP and I am just wondering about the longevity of their models. I need to save for a bit to get the AP. I am willing to save for a year or two if need be to get a new one (which I prefer). How long do you guys see the Diver being around? I can't help this feeling I have that I did this backwards. Maybe I should have gotten the AP Diver then saved back up for the Sub. We all know the Sub will be around for at least 15-20 years unchanged! So...did I do it backwards or do you think the Diver will be around and available new for years to come?? I know no one can tell me for sure, I'm just looking for the opinion of those who have been following AP for longer than I have. Thanks!
This is the best of omega
I am a Rolex fan but since I bought this I can't take it off my wrist.
Good AD's in the Atlanta area?
I have been wanting a speedy pro for a while now and have even posted a WTB on here in the for sale section and haven't had any luck! I guess its about time I go to a good AD and see what I can do. Does anyone know a reputable AD in the southeast that would give me a good deal on a new 3570.50? I know that there are several in Atlanta Ga. but I have never really been interested in a new purchase. We have a Jared here in Chattanooga where I live but I would like to explore more options before I pull the trigger. Thanks in advance! Jon
Trade patek 5711 for 5726/a on strap
Hello again friends I'm having another dilemma and I need your help. Just when I thought I was set in my collection to not trade anything around anymore I saw a watch that just called my name and made me very confused. My current collection consists of a omega speedy 3570.50 original moon watch I use it as kind of a beater and a little piece of history, an omega seamaster 300master co axial as a dive watch, A Rolex Blnr, a Rolex 116520 Daytona, an Ap 15202 white dial and of course last but not least my Patek 5711 blue dial. So here's my Dillema I recently saw a Patek Philippe 5726 annual calendar on a leather strap at an AD and instantly fell in love. I currently Love all my watches and I'm not in the position to buy this outright so I ask you my friends if I should trade my 5711 for it. Money wise it's not the issue because I was offered great Trade in for my 5711 for a preowned mint 5726 so the difference wouldn't be much and I will stand at a great value. My issue is should I give
Is this a good deal?
Friend has offered to sell me a submariner 116618 black for 17,500 I don't know much about it since I'm an Omega guy normally. Seems like a decent deal just looking online but is it really?
