Parmigiani Fleurier, the boutique brand founded by master watchmaker Michel Parmigiani, has added a new limited-edition watch, called the Tourbillon Abyss, to its collection of Pershing timepieces, established in 2007 in a partnership with the prestigious Italian yacht manufacturer.Introduced at the SIHH watch salon in January, the Pershing Tourbillon Abyss, which is limited to 30 individually numbered pieces, has an exceptionally light titanium case middle, a dynamometric screw-down crown and a rose-gold, unidirectional bezel. Aqua Terra GMT v PO
HiHave almost settled on a PO (black but with orange numerals) but I have seen pictures of the new Aqua Terra GMT which also looks great. I haven't seen it in the flesh and cannot seem to find any prices online. I appreciate it is a different style of watch from the PO. As the watch is a gift it is one I will need to keep. I think both of them will have staying power (although I am slightly concerned about the coloured numerals not being classic..).Any views and any knowledge of how much the AT GMT is?Thanks

Question on a little issue
I bought my Seamaster 222080 from a trusted fellow TRF member. Watch is great and running in excellent condition -1 +1 on a daily basis. He said it was previously serviced at an Omega AD abot 5-6 months ago by the previous owner. Which is great considering I dont have to service it in a few years. However, my issue is that this AD did a sloppy job in the cleaning. On the inside of the saphirre crsyrtal you can see cloth streaks (you know as if you cleaned it with a dirty cloth) It is only noticeable when the light hits it at a certain angle though. It is on the whole crystal, man that gets to me!!! What can I do to get this fixed? Do I call Omega? This irritates me and again, it is NOT the TRF members fault but that AD that did this sloppy job!

One of the things that I love about Patek is that they are nondescript. Chances are very few of us get asked is that a Patek? or how much does it cost? This generally suits me fine.Imagine my surprise today when an airline passenger (not first class) seated next to me says, excuse me but is that a Patek Calatrava? Wow. The fact that he knew it was a Patek much less a Calatrava was astonishing. Turns out he's interested in watches but doesn't have the resources to indulge himself in this hobby. He was wearing a very clean and obviously well cared for Seiko on strap. He isn't on watch forums but gets his knowledge from watch magazines and really knows his stuff. After a very pleasant hour discussing the merits of various watch topics (silicone hairsprings was an interesting conversation), he says, someday I'd love to try on a Patek as he doesn't live near an AD and has never visited one.
