Breitling Chronomat 01 Watch Review
I love the way the roman numeral dial looks on this model, with the numerals staying upright all the around, as opposed to the way they looked on the older Crosswind. While I still like the Crosswind, I think the Chronomat 01 has a more modern looking dial. I know that there are a lot of old school Breitling fans out there that do not like this new direction that Breitling is taking. While I don't necessarily approve of all of their recent releases, this is one that has grown on me.
Sorry but I have to ask, what would you ROO 42mm vs PP5167
I know both are very different watches I even traded my Diver for the 5167 but the black and red ROO is just calling me.I am also posting this question in the PP forum :)What would you choose and why? Thanks Simon
The 39MM AP is just too large for me. Suggestions?
As much as I really love the AP royal oak, the 39MM just won't sit on my 6 wrists.I have pretty thin wrists, but the problem is that the stiff bracelet next to the lugs prevent the watch from resting on my wrists, and both AD's that I visited were certain that this problem will not change even if links were removed as the bracelet just is stiff and that's the way the watch is designed. The 37mm does wear nicely but I really don't like the white color dial as much as the black or blue.Is AP just out of the option for me unless I am happy to wear the 39mm without it resting on my wrists?
Speedmaster specks on sub dials
Hi all,New to the Rolex Forums, and hoping that someone could provide some insight. I'm looking into buying a Speedy ref: 3520.53 (my first non-Rolex purchase), and this one basically fits the bill (.bernardwatch/item/OMG2370). Anyone have any idea what's up with the white specks on the sub dials? I'm OK with a watch that has some character, but not one that has a sketchy past, or possibly sketchy future. My apologies if there is a thread on this somewhere; my search didn't yield anything useful. -CSM
For golf fans, Rickie Fowler has great taste!
The company I used to work for just started sponsoring Rickie Fowler. The CEO spent some time with him today. Rickie was sporting some great hardware on his wrist.
