When you think of the watches coming from New Zealand-based Magrette, you might be tempted to write them off as "seen one, seen them all." While it is true that they follow a particular design style, there are some interesting variations across the lineup (not to mention the heavily-engraved series). Their latest, the Magrette Regattare Carbon, definitely ups the ante for the brand.As you might surmise from the name of the watch, carbon fiber makes its debut here for the brand. Rather than just slapping a CF dial on the watch and calling it a day, Magrette has gone?in a much more interesting direction: they created a 44mm forged carbon case (yes, just like Linde Werdelin?and Audemars Piguet). I just bought a 3572.50 and need one more link to make it fit perfect. Is the best place to get these Offrei? I can find 2, 3 digit numbers on the bracelet, but cannot find the 4 digit that offrei needs. Maybe I need to get a magnifying glass. Also, how many removable links should my bracelet have? What Leather Strap for DJ 36mm or DJ II (41mm)?
What recommendations does anyone have for a leather strap for either of these watches?I am trying to help a friend find a nice automatic watch with roman numerals and a date and a brown leather band. Its not that easy to find, so I thought one option is to find the right watch and then add the leather band. I'd love to see any pics of a SS DJ with brown leather band.

Strange condensation issue?
Happy new year everyone.With the cold weather in England ATM I noticed when coming in from the outside into a warm environment both my Sub C and Kermit suffer from slight misting on the inside of the crystal. This disappears quickly in under a minute.The Subc is fairly new and has never been opened and the kermit has only just recently returned from a Rolex service.Should I be concerned? Both my Omega bond SMP and 8500 cal omega PO don't suffer the same issue.kind regardsRich
