Watches NEWS
New blue diver
New blue diver, well only the strap of course, I like it, think it gives a little original touch, and good news, I tried today a 44mm and the size is absolutely normal, so I think the next will be the RG 44, tried also RM 011, very nice but can't see myself putting that kind of cash for a chrono only pieceSorry for the crappy pics, will try to post normal ones soonunnamed-2.jpgunnamed-3.jpgunnamed-4.jpgunnamed.jpgunnamed-8.jpg
Rubberclad I series / 3126 movement?
I just purchased a soon to be landing black Rubberclad H series with the black date window / new dial and am very excited to have an RC back in the collection after selling the last one I had a couple years ago. Does anyone know if they ever produced an I series or was H the last of the blacks? Also anyone know if the 3126 movement ever made it to any of the RC's? I am almost positive it never did and the 2326 was carried to the end of production. Thanks -
1861 how to sync seconds
Tried backwind on this movement but I can't get the second hand to stop It's not essential but I can't understand why I can't get it to stop It's a new FOIS and therefore 1861 movement
Should future value threads be banned?
This morning I read a future value thread inquiring what % of a portfolio should be in watches (my fault for reading). Obviously, some members like these threads and some do not. And I mean no disrespect to those who do like these threads, but....I know that this is not a democracy and we do not get to vote on what threads are permitted. I also know that the moderators already do a thankless job and have more on their plate than we can imagine. So it would probably not be practicable. But....If this was a democracy, would you vote to ban future value threads?
