3523.80 availability?
I'm fairly new to watch collecting, having only picked my my first Rolex a few months ago, and a Breitling just recently. However, I've been wanting to add an Omega to the collection for some time now, and thought a Speedmaster would fit the bill nicely. After some research, the 3523.80, or triple day-date chrono with the blue dial, seems to have caught my eye. A search of this watch brings up a few past sales, and currently the prices seem to be all over the map. I don't mind buying off the bay from reputable sellers, but I'm just wondering how hard this watch is to find, as a few have turned up recently in mint condition for prices well within my range (between $1000-$2000), though I might have to let them pass for now as I need the money for other engagements. If someone could fill me in a bit on this watch, a fair price for that particular model in good condition, and how often they show up for sale/where to find one, that would be much appreciated. Hi,Last I posted, I had gotten my hands on a 5726. Love it, wear it every day! Today I was lucky enough to add to the collection. I had originally contemplated the 5164 since the dual time zone would be very handy for me, but since I've traded my Daytona to a 5167, I wanted to fill a hole in the more dressy end of the spectrum. A few obligatory new on-wrist phone shots below. Forgive the ski jacket... I really love the dial on this 5159g, it has a lot of depth. The second photo displays that nicely.

Thoughts on Rolex ADs In China?
What are your thoughts on Rolex ADs in China? I'm thinking of picking up a watch while I am here in Beijing and two thoughts come to my mind: (1) there are so many fakes in China, what if a salesperson gives me a fake one; and (2) will buying from a Chinese AD hurt my resale value as people may question the authenticity of the watch. Also, I am in Beijing if that makes a difference. All comments are greatly appreciated.
