Hands-On: The Montblanc 4810 Orbis Terrarum, A New Case Shape, Size, And Colourful Dial For The Maison's World Time Function (Live Photos, Specs, Price)
The newest version of the Montblanc "Orbis Terrarum" flew a little under the radar when it was introduced C which happens when the timing coincides with a new Annual Calendar Chronograph with a list price of $10,450. But it's still odd given the reception its predecessor received when this model first launched at SIHH 2015. 1 OF 10 Montblanc's new world timer, the 4810 Orbis Terrarum. (HODINKEE covered the One Hertz when it was announced at Baselworld.) As alumni of Audemars Piguet Renaud et Papi, Tim and Bart have had exposure to some of the most complicated watches, and technically demanding projects, in modern horology, and their newest watch incorporates a pretty rarefied complication: the remontoire d'egalité. 1 OF 9 The remontoire d'egalité is, as you may have read in some of our previous coverage of the complication, one of h

After going through 5-6 speedies the past few years, this is the one I will finally keep. My daughter Ava also loves this little guy and thus, this one is a keeper for sure now! I think she looks lovely. What do you think? Have a great week to all here!Best,Fred/NJ

Aquanaut or Nautilus
HiWhat would the consensus be on aquanaut or nautiliusfor next watch.I prefer the case and face of the nautilus, but prefer the rubber strap option of the aqaunaut. Does anyone think they will ever do a standard steel nautilus with a strap option (rubber?) in the near future?ThanksGrant
