Though it was not the first piece produced under the F.P. Journe brand, the Chronom��tre �� Resonance certainly played a major role in establishing Journe’s reputation as a creative maverick. When it was launched, the watch, and the theory behind it, were frequently discussed in the online forums. In 2004, Journe introduced the second version of the R��sonance with the first movement ever made in 18K rose gold, a specification that still applies to all of the brand’s chronometers. Now in 2010, Journe launches a special 10th anniversary model. The dial at 9 o’clock now offers twin digital disks with a 24 hour display, defining the hours of day and night. The dial at 3 o’clock in silver guilloche indicates the local time in a traditional 12 hour display. The movement remains in 18K rose gold, and a new gear transmission has been added to power the 24 hour display. Which roo should I get???
So I've decided that I'll try the AP route instead of ceramic rose gold daytona that i love but doesnt fit me well (too small on my wrist) which i hope I made the right choice. Now even the harder part which roo? I'm in love with all of them to be honest the grey theme? The new navy? The new safari is damn sexy but my skin is a bit dark so i doesnt look nice on me luckily I also love the old panda but my concern is the non ceramic pusher and no see through case back which for a bit more i get the 2014 model and i'll be care free about the service any suggestion or I shouldn't be worried? Hi, just an FYI, I called Birks last week to inquire about a 233 and hopefully get some kind of discount. I was hoping that since the boutique is opening that they'd be more willing to deal with some competition coming. However, I didn't hear back for almost a week from the sales lady as she was trying to secure and R model for me. When I called last night to follow up, I was told that they no longer carry Panerai. I inquired further to say I only called last week and how that was rather sudden. She agreed it was and stated that they got a communication from Panerai on Monday saying that Panerai was pulling their watches and that they were no longer an AD. This was due to the boutique opening in the same mall later this year. So, can anyone tell me what type of discount percentage do other Panerai boutique offer if any?TxEverett
