Watches NEWS
price increase jan 2nd 2013?
I heard from a couple different sources that AP plans on hitting the US with a price increase the day after newyears.. has anyone else heard of this? The problem is, i have had a watch on order for the past 3 months and it has not come in, I have paid for 90% of the watch and now I fear getting hit with a price increase which is unfair I think.. I will just cancel my order if thats the case. Not going to pay for AP making me wait on a watch that i have been ready to buy for months.
Service intervals on a PO
Does anyone know what Omega recommends as an appropriate service interval time for a Planet Ocean with the co axial addition? I read anything between 3-10 years! Does anyone know? Thanks
Move a 5135 for 5726?
OK all, going to introduce my first this or that post. I understand its personal preference and think I know where I am going with it, but wanted to pick your brains a bit.I currently own a 5135G - annual calendar gondolo case. Considering a 5726 Nautilus annual calendar on bracelet (white dial). I currently have the 5712 steel/bracelet which is why I am leaning towards the white dial 5726.To get the 5726 its very likely I'd have to sell the 5135. Yes or no? Would you, and why?Again, I've issued the its your choice advice often myself but curious to get the forum thoughts.
Oem strap thickness
HiDo the OEM Vintage strap be the most thickness among all the OEM strap ?
New Rolex Movement
Howdy all,I'm on the list for a Pepsi GMT. Out of curiosity, for those who have both a watch with the new movement (perhaps a DayDate?) and the previous movement, could you compare the accuracy or any other differences that you have noticed?I'm curious if the new movement represents a noticeable improvement beyond the power reserve extension.
