Seamaster po
When was the newest model of the Seamaster Planet Ocean introduced. Model 2201.51.00. I asked a salesperson at the Omega Boutique in LA when I was there on Monday, and the salesperson said just over a year ago. I have my doubts and frankly, the guy reminded me of an unethical used car salesman. You notice I added unethical because I realize that not all used car salesmen are unethical.
Newbie/Aspiring Collector
Hello everyone and thanks in advance for your input here. Over the last couple years I've built what I think is a nice stable of watches that I love and wear as circumstances allow. (you should be able to see in auto sig)Now that I feel as though I have most of the watches that I really want/need, I would like to shift my spending towards longer term value and collectibility. Could you please offer some advice on a nice combination of value, future appreciation/speculation and uniqueness? Pieces that catch my eye and are currently on my radar are as follows.5930G5168Gor other current retail pieces I might buy well in London VAT free...And for investment-5370P6241 NewmanI would like to keep collecting but if the dollars are going to keep going out I would like for them to one day have the potential of coming back. Thanks so much for your time,Justin
New GMT, Can the bracelet be swapped?
Does anyone know or think the bracelet can be changed to the BLNR bracelet on the new GMT? I know there are many Jubille lovers, but it's just not for meCheers

VERSUS: Rolex Submariner and Sea-Dweller 16610LV and 126600
Second edition of the VERSUS post/picture (first one - VERSUS: Submariner 1680 v. 16610). Thought it would be fun to compare two watches (and only those two watches) and discuss pros/cons by outlining the differences and getting folks' ideas/thoughts/opinions on TRF. We got folks collecting and studying these things for decades to those who are just starting to venture into the crazy world of Rolex and everything in between. So I think it would be fun and educational! For this edition, it is a 50th Anniversary Duel. We have the Submariner's 50th anniversary with the 16610LV (I know, I know, it's not the 'real' 50th as it's not a flat-4 insert but c'mon) and the 50th anniversary Sea-Dweller 126600.Some obvious things:40mm case v. 43mmCeramic bezel v. metalWhich do you prefer and why?
