Hi All,Having owned and subsequently sold a S/S Daytona that I could never get along with I thought I was done with chronographs. I've been on the hunt for a new piece and with all my other watches being Rolex was keen to have a look at another brand, I also wanted something on a leather strap as all my other are on metal bracelets. As such I started gravitating towards the Omega Speedmaster as it seemed to fit the bill; as iconic in the Omega range as the Submariner is to Rolex, stacks of history and provenance and looks great on a leather strap.Having tried on quite a few of the various moonwatch models I decided on the original 3570.50 and took the advice of a few of you guys and bought it on the bracelet and ordered the deployment strap which I had fitted.Having had the watch for a week now it's definitely an improvement on the Daytona, for me anyway. Hello,I have been reading your posts for a few months now and there is certainly a lot of great conversation. I just received my new 5170 j and wondering if anyone knows the proper amount of rotations of the crown to be fully wound.

New to Panerai, need advice
I am new to this watch collecting thing but the last 6 - 7 months I've collected a few time pieces from Rolex to Seiko automatic. I am looking to get one Penarai watch 42 mm, in-house movement, popular and reliable, must be automatic with strap leather. I am completely clueless with PAM serial system, I've look at Panerai Luminor 1950 but would like to learn more about this brand before I take a plunge. Do you have any advice for the newbie? Any trusted seller on here you recommend? Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone Is it just me or has the 116515LN jumped in price massively since the new PM Oysterflex Daytonas were released? When it was on the leather strap, you could pick one up for 18-19K pre-owned, but now they seem to be going for 23K+Would appreciate any insights!
