Pulled the trigger
Well, after much debate and going back and forth , i finally pulled the trigger on an AP. I worked with Chris over at EJC and he really took care of me. Glad I can now call myself an Audemars owner
In NYC for the day wearing RO 15300!!!
Had to come to my old home town and favorite city in the world for business today. I was right next to Ground Zero. Very sad memories but nice to see the buildings rising up in memory of those who lost their lives. Couldn't go to the AP boutique but at least stopped by one of my favorite restaurants, the Peking Duckhouse. Wish I could've stayed the night!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk. Omega PO size question
Is it true that the PO 45.5 really has a 45.5mm diameter? I heard that the PO 42mm is actually 40mm size. how true is this? just like the Rolex explorer II, they said it's 40mm but actually it's 39mm.
5711 dial Variations
Are there 2 variations of the dial on the blue dials?Referring to the Patek Philippe logo.one comes with regular lines and Patek embedded in the middle of the linesAnd the second comes like the rose gold dial, where patek logo is one piece with Geneve, embeded between the lines. If so, any one more rare than the other?
5168G - Success, Demand and Price
Hey guys,I am curious to hear your opinion about the future demand of the 5168G and its potential success.Will it be as hard to get as the 5711 blue?Will we see prices on the grey market above retail (on chrono24 it gets offered for around 10k more than retail)?Does anyone have numbers on how much they will produce or on how many will get shipped? I heard that just a handful will hit certain regional markets.
