Maranez Racha Review
A few weeks ago we took a look at the Maranez Layan, a brass (yes, brass) cushioned case watch with familiar but classic looks, decent components and a hard to resist price of $250. Today, we're going to take a detailed look at the Layan's more robust sibling, the limited edition 1000M Racha. The Racha has several stand out features that make it stand out from the heard of dive watches falling in the under $1000 range. To name a few; it has a mighty water resistance of 1000M (which we assume has been tested by the brand), it has a proven and reliable Miyota 9015 automatic movement at its heart, it has a thick domed sapphire crystal, and handful of extra straps and perhaps most interestingly, two interchangeable bezels. For $599 plus $50 shipping, the watch offers a lot of value. That being said, the case and dial designs are very common. Got my new Forged Carbon today. Its pretty sweet, heavier then expected (119.9 grams) and wears larger then expected too. I couldnt imagine a Legacy or T3!!! Thanks to Thomas and Ken in helping me with this decision... and of course all the enablers posting their FC pix!!!

Should I send 5712 to HSWA under warranty?
My 5712 has consistently been running 4 seconds fast per day. I've had the time peace for over year and a half and it's coming up on warranty expiration. If it was your personal timepiece , would you all send it to HSWA to have it looked at before warranty expires? I know about Patek turnaround being quite long. Curious to get your thoughts an responses.Thanks

557 vs 233 Thoughts?
I purchased my 2nd Panerai last year, the destro 557 (also own a 425) and now I'm still lusting over the 233 (am/pm). I know they are both apples vs oranges but I want to hear your expert thoughts if you have to pick between the two. Thanks TRF for this great community and sharing of knowledge. I appreciate all your replies.
