LG GD910 Watch 3G HSPDA Phone; Tells Time, Makes Calls, Not That Dorky
You might be thinking that this is just some gimmicky concept, or another of those skepticism filled no-name Chinese watch phones, but you'd be wrong (it is Korean, not Chinese). And it is from large manufacturer LG nonetheless, which signifies a new era for Dick Tracy wannabes. With an official announcement due at CES (the consumer electronics show) soon, the LG GD910 is a fully functional 3g (and 7.2mps HSPDA) watch phone with most of the bells and whistles in its non-wrist worn counterparts. LG calls is a "wrist phone." It even supports voice-to-text commands as well two way video conferencing. Talking on the phone is done in one of three ways. You either hold the watch phone up to your ear likewell, an idiot, use the speaker phone function, or more logically Bluetooth. All in all, the people using this wrist phone at CES have been loving it.In what is likely to be a device with abyssal battery (well maybe not that bad), the LG GD910 features a touch screen and microphone, as well a
RO love/hate
I really don't get it, love the AP pics, but really don't like my 15300, in pics love them, in real no, really can't understand why, I was making a pleasure of sending it for service and wearing it, but after 2-3 hours playing with it and wearing it, realized I really don't like it, what the hell is wrong with me, love the design, but somehow the feel and wear puts me off, the feel of the brushed parts of the bracelet feel strange, when the Nautilus brushed parts feel smooth, the AP feels kind of rugged and not nice to touch, also it takes fingerprints like crazy, I barely touched it and it had marks everywhere.Anyone else feel the same or am I an only case? Again not talking about the design which I love, more the feel and wear...I loved the SS and RG 15202's but they were covered with plastic at the Boutique and AD when I saw them, is the feel and wear different from the 15300/400 or same thing?
AP Carbon ROO
Has anyone checked out the new carbon ROO? Whoa... It dwarfs the Lange Datograph.
Seawolf back at last

datejust smooth bezel scratching
Hi everyone,Considering a first Rolex to celebrate a special occasion in my life and am leaning towards a Datejust 41 with a smooth bezel. I started out only considering a sub but saw the DJ at my AD and just loved the look of the smooth bezel. My concern was if the bezel scratches easily and if that would make it look less amazing over time. Been lurking for a while and thanks for all of your knowledge. I have learned so much from all of you. Great group of people here
