Watches NEWS
Comments on the Omega Vancouver 41mm!
Hey TRFJust wondering if anyone owned the Omega 41mm Vancouver watch? I just bought one to add to my Omega collection and wanted to hear from others on what they think about this watch. I love the red and white combo with the ice blue lumes. I also own a Seamaster Professional circa 2002. It is the most comfortable watch band I own. I wish Rolex made a band as comfortable and heavy duty as the Omega. I know the jubilee is like it, but not quit the same. I my opinion.Thoughts! Comments reviews? Appreciated.Aloha from Kauai.Tom
Alligator?
Does anyone know how much a OEM alligator strap with deployment clasp would cost from an AD for a Speedmaster Pro? I looked at Otto Frei and it looks way over-priced plus they will not ship exotic hides internationally. Any other sources for these?
Does 47mm work on me?
I went into OP Singapore for a look at the 372 but I was shown one of these also. I've never been a fan of the Radiomir. Until now.......
Strap recommendations for Pam 305
Hello all, I am looking for strap recommendations for the Pam 305.I know it looks FANTASTIC on rubber. But was looking for either leatheror canvas? Any thoughts or pics of straps on your 305 would help and be greatlyappreciated. Thank you in advance.
Buying spring bars from Rolex
I went to Rolex Vancouver with the intention of purchasing spring bars for my 116610 and 116710. It's not that I needed those I just wanted to stock up just in case. The guy I was talking to said they dont have stocks and have to be ordered, which is fine. But I find it odd he was asking for serial nos. I gave him the model as I thought he had to order based on the model. He insisted for the serial nos and said they can't place an order without the serial number. Also the price he gave is CAD$60++ for a pair of spring bar and have to pay shipping of CAD$40++ for a total of $100 for pair.Do you have the same experience when buying spring bars at Rolex?Maybe because am not their valued customer?!
