Uniform Wares 150 Series
I have been following Uniformwares' products since they first released their 100 series. In fact, I am the proud owner of a mustard yellow 100 that I wear pretty often. What makes the Uniformwares line so intriguing, is that they are one of the few brands on the market that mixes a passion for watches with the aesthetic and restraint of experienced industrial designers. With designs that hearken to the philosophies of Dieter Rams and Max Bill/the Bauhaus, but an eye towards contemporary fashion, Uniformwares successfully reinvented, or perhaps reintroduced, classic design into the watch market. ?Furthermore, save the movements, every piece of these watches are designed from the ground up, which is extremely rare for a small company. So, I was extremely excited to see this morning that they had released a new line of watches: the 150 series. While the movement is nothing extraordinary, the WW1 Régulateur falls into the former aesthetically-minded category, which makes it worth bringing into the office for a few hands-on photos. 1 OF 5 With its Vintage Collection, Bell & Ross pulls design cues from the early days of horology (not from the company's own product archives – they were only founded in 1992.) The majority of these elements can be observed in the case design: a simple, almost monastic round case with well-
Omega Speedmaster Strap
I really love the strap on the Omega Speedmaster in the attached link. Does anyone know where to get a similar one to this? I've found plenty of cheap ones that look cheap..ablogtowatch/omega-sp...atch-review/2/
Does this 5496 look ok to you??
Hi allWent to the AD here in Sydney and offered this piece. But look at the day window. Does this look ok to you? The salesperson was saying it's alright, and it will eventually switch to the next day - may be in next couple hours, so he said. What do you guys think? Is this normal?? Or stay away? And if you think this is not normal - kinda worrying that this sort of problems can occur to a Patek 😖
BB Noir ETA for the new BB 58?
Too early to tell but would you do the flip? I'm getting interest on mine for a good price but I actually like it. I also fee I would like the new one with the smaller size and definitely welcome the thinner profile...Advice? If you're a current owner on the Noir ETA, what's your take on this new release?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
