Swatch D'Schwizer Watch Epitomizes Swiss Humor
For a country so known for conservatism, the Swatch D'Schwizer timepiece is a rare public display of Swiss humor. Page 1 of the 2012 Swatch Group annual investor report is humorously decorated with satirical versions of each of the 26 Swiss cantonal coat of arms (you can see the official Switzerland canton coat of arms list here on Wikipedia). These clever and actually funny satirical images have found themselves on a new limited edition Swatch timepiece called the D'Schwizer.Given the insular nature of Swiss humor, the Swatch D'Schizer is a limited edition (not sure how many pieces) piece exclusively for the Swiss market. Though thanks to the wonder that is the internet, you can probably find them outside of Switzerland as well. Swiss humor has never translated very well for me. Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Rubens Barichello II limited on the eve of the Edition
Return to when PA was in strong links with the formula 1 and the limited edition of the models as a result of that partnership cast as gasoline in these engines large thirst. It is one of the children of this relationship. In the past, I spoke of the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Rubens Barichello II limited on the eve of the Edition. In fact, it shares much in common with the pieces of limited edition of Juan Pablo Montoya. The two men were of course drivers of cars at the time. Compare the two and you can see that the designers of the AP were thought to advance this theme design. The variants of Royal Oak Offhsore Juan Pablo Montoya two from titanium or gold. I think it came out in 2002, when Mr. Montoya was much faster in the F1 scene.
Introducing: The MB&F Arachnophobia, A Clock That Will Give 3.5 To 6.1 Percent Of You The Major
MB&F is nothing if not iconoclastic in its approach to everything fromwell, to everything, and this time they've come up with a clock that is guaranteed to not be bought by a sizeable fraction of the general population (that's right, adjusted for where you live, 3.1 to 6.5 percent of the general population suffers from flat out arachnophobia – irrational fear of spiders – and while a lot of the rest of us don't, we still prefer as a rule to keep our distance). It's the Arachnophobia, which is – well, there's no way to sugarcoat it, this is a clock in the shape of a giant spider. A giant spider with long, spiky legs. A clock, we repeat, in the shape of a monstrous arachnid that bears more than a little resemblance to the final form of the Other Mother in Coraline. (Seriously, though, don't click on the link if you don't like monstrous demonic soul-eaters in the shape of spiders. Did you click on the link? Now see, that's why we told
