PO deployment clasp pin
Hey everyone:I just got a new rubber strap of ebay for my 45.5mm PO and ordered the deployment clasp from Otto Frei, I have never owned or used a watch with a deployment clasp and from what I have seen there is a pin used to attach one on the ends of the strap to the clasp, does anybody know if this needs a special pin or can I use the one of the existing pins from the bracelet or rubber strap (non deployment), that I have, thanks
Leather strap for 41.5mm AT 8500?
Hi,I have an Omega AT, and thought I'd might get a leather strap as I'm feeling somewhat bored with the watch ATM.From what I've read I need a 21mm strap?Looked a bit online, and every strap I find seem kind of expensive, 200-300USD.I'm after a brown strap, light brown. How much is an OEM Omega deployant buckle?Thanks.//nejo
No more sealed Pateks
Interesting development with Patek requiring ADs to remove all factory packaging before it leaves the doors. Another attempt to curtail the grey market.watchesbysjx/2017/07/pate...d-watches.html
Selling several watches for a Patek
Hi everyone,I know it's another Selling for a Patek thread, but just wanted to get some thoughts...I currently have a small collection of 4 watches (which I've managed to bring down from a previously higher number of 8)...2 of these are Rolexes and one is an AP RO. I am seriously considering selling two watches, namely a Rolex and the AP RO for a Nautilus 5711, but then that would cut down the collection to three. I would like to know if there are any forum members who have experienced cutting down in order to accommodate a Patek. I am quite decided for now and am actually thinking that maybe a smaller collection would put me at peace but then again that might just be me wanting to convince myself to get the Nautilus!!!Any thoughts would be appreciated....thanks
Has the Rolex Datejust 16030 ever been made with manual Wind?
