Pre-Basel: Omega Constellation Star
A bright new star in Omega’s Constellation family is the Co-Axial 27 mm, for women who appreciate fine mechanical movements. The brushed case with polished claws is crafted from 18k red or yellow gold. The matching bracelet has brushed links and polished bars set with 144 full-cut diamonds totaling 0.54 carat. The bezel is paved with 32 full-cut diamonds with a total weight of 0.50 carat. The screw-in caseback features a sapphire crystal that reveals the Co-Axial movement inside. The mother-of-pearl dial is completed with a constellation of applied 18k red gold stars, some that are raised and others with a recessed profile. There is a trapezoidal date window at 3 o’clock. Suggested Price Point?
Breitling Gurus,Had a quick question in regards to the attached Chrono. Model #A13048. Received as a trade, leather strap is a little warn, and the hand on the top Chrono dial has slipped off. What's a fair price to offer this one up for as is, and if I get a new OEM strap & get the floating hand fixed. Offers welcome. Thanks.
Issues with Rodium Plating on Omega NZL-32
Calling all Omega experts:2 concerns about the NZL-32 that I would like your input on:1) Should I be concerned about getting a watch which Omega has discontinued (ie from a service or resale perspective)?2) What is the impact of the Rodium plating? Does this mean the watch will have problems with the finish in the future? Many thanks.
5140p black with diamond markers
Tried this 5140p on again today at the AD. Not too blingy. Not sure if I can pull off diamonds in my day-to-day, though.
Is it me? Basel 2018 one month away but not much hype
Just wondering something I was checking the website today and Basel is one month away. Now, I could be wrong (Usually am ) but there doesn't seem to be much Hype this year. I am thinking last year, we had threads and threads of discussion on predictions, desires, fails etc. But it seems to this WIS that this year is somewhat subdued(?). Does anybody else sense that we are not as excited about this Basel as years past? No Paul... only you... you're the only one.
