Linde Werdelin SpidoLite Family Watches
This new rose gold version of the Linde Werdelin SpidoLiteis DYNA-AMITE! And this DLC version of the super skeletonized case watch is OUTTA-SIGHT! Really, they are pretty cool, and I think took an interesting design to a much more luxurious place. The Original SpidoLite SA watch I reviewed here was more a stealth wealth watch. Interesting, but not showy enough for some people's tastes. The new Linde Werdelin SpidoLite Family watches are a brag worthy line of limited edition watches of the likes I've never seen before. No other company than Linde Werdelin that I know of is so able to take a watch, make simple but effective changes to it, and make it look like something else altogether. For basic details about the watches like size, about the vintage automatic mechanical movements, and such info please check out some of my other articles about the watch. I want to focus on what is new. One area of improvement both of these watches exhibit is better contrast between the hands and the dial.
Heading to the Cayman Islands with my Diver!!!
First trip for my Diver and also the first time it will come in contact with saltwater. I will report as much as possible from there and let's see how well the rubberclad on the crowns tolerates the salinity of the water. I will rinse it very well after using it and hopefully there will be no white saline scuff on it. Stay tuned!!ImageUploadedByTapatalk1338694699.099033.jpgSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk. Omega Men's 3212.80.00 Speedmaster Date Automatic Chronometer Chronograph Blue Dial
I just went to an AD and REALLY wanted the watch (stolen picture below for reference). However, with a list of $3,300 I thought there was room for bargaining. I offered 10% less for a cash today purchase, and they said No dice. They argued the same thing I've heard from Rolex, that Omega won't allow discounts anymore. So I left. Then I went back, and tried again. Then the manager said the same thing. So I left again. So what do you think? Are they really holding firm for policy reasons? I was wearing my Rolex 14060 at the time, and I wasn't sure if that had something to do with it. I went in looking for a blue-face Turn-O-Graph, but they didn't have one. I'm currently obsessing on watches with blue faces, for some reason.Someone through amazon is selling the watch for $2700 - should I just go that way, or are their Authorized Dealer issues with this? Thanks!
Ceramic vs carbotech
Would you rather own full ceramic (case and bracelet) Pam 438?Ceramic Pam 441?Or Carbotech Pam 661?My birthday is end of November and I am already planning a gift for 2018 lol. Just bought a 511 so no more watch for a year as per an agreement with the wifey !Anyway, I am leaning towards those three but am a bit concerned on the versatility of a full black watch. I really like the Tuttonero but wonder in the long run if the black on black, on black, might be too much with not enough pop and contrast. After all I am used to SS the most.So which one and why? Or is it better to stick with titanium and steel? Currently I only have a Pam 511 that I will NEVER sell as I am at last REALLY content with this one. My goal is to have a two watch collection. Thanks for reading, Sent from my A1601 using Tapatalk
Help me decide!
Hi, I am in the process of trying to decide on a new piece for my collection. The two pieces that I am considering right now are Rolex SD4K ref. 116600 or white dial Daytona ref. 116520. I have a hulk, speedmaster 57 reissue, sea master 300 MC in my current collection. What do you guys think??
