In-Depth: Introducing The Jaeger-LeCoultre Geophysic 1958 (Live Photos, Full Specs, Official Pricing
I get a lot of joy out of writing about new releases, but only those that I think are really well done. Frankly, it’s not often I can say that a brand new watch is offering you ( / me / us) a whole lot, but today, with this new Jaeger-LeCoultre, I can it say it and mean it. You’re looking at the new JLC Geophysic 1958 family. This 38.5mm watch will be available in stainless steel, rose gold, and platinum (all in limited numbers), features a heaping dose of vintage inspiration, and offers a lot of technology we want in a cutting edge piece of modern horology. Allow me to go into great detail on this one, because I think it’s worth it. The History of the (Original) JLC Geophysic 2 OF 42 Originally created back in 1958, the Geophysic celebrated two distinct events. In 2008, the first was the Ref. 5207 with a minute repeater, instantaneous perpetual

Great White GMT
Here is a pic of one of the best watches out there in my humble opinion. I purchased this thinking that it would satisfy my cravings for a new watch. I have had this in my top three most wanted watch list for awhile. However every time I see a pic of a Speedy Pro I think that I should sell this and put it towards my true dream watch. What do you guys think, sell it and get the Speedy or keep it and lust after a Speedy for a while longer?
My vote - chrono
Which of these two full SS Nautilus models would you choose and why?5980/1A-0145726A/1A-001Personally, I think the aesthetics of the Annual version are impeccable, but it is less useful to me than a chronograph, which I can use throughout my career on assessment instruments (Thus, why I have so many chronos in my collection...). On the other hand, I don't have an annual in my collection yet, and I do think the aesthetics of this particular model are immaculate.
