Magrette Moana Pacific Professional Watch
Our favorite New Zealand-based watch company Magrette is back with a new watch model called the Moana Pacific Professional. In addition to a slightly new design flavor and more sporty attire, the Moana Pacific Professional finally uses the well-received Japanese Miyota 9015 automatic movement that we actually covered back here. This isn't the first watch I've seen with a 9015 movement, but I know Magrette has been waiting to get their hands on these. The caliber 9015 is a high-grade automatic movement from Citizen-owned Miyota meant to compete with the Swiss ETA 2824 - and we hear really positive performance results with watches containing the caliber 9015.The Miyota 9015 movement is a 4 Hz automatic with hand-winding and a hacking seconds hand.. Today I was sitting next to someone on the train who was wearing a PP Calatrava 5196 platinum and he was wearing these shoes. I found it odd.Is it OK to wear a Calatrava with these shoes?

Patek Philippe from Sears part II
Hello all, I finally got a professional opinion on the watch, Although we did no get much info on the origin of the watch(which is what I was most interested in) I was assured that Patek Philippe is a very high end watch maker lol...I know that. He too was skeptical that it came from Montgomery Ward. But I am of the understanding that Montgomery Ward, back in the day sold much more highend items that they do not sell today. He did say the watch, even though it is a PP, is only really worth its weight in gold because the model is less desireable, but that's fine its still an awesome keepsake with a cool story which I am still on a quest to find more info. I am going to take it to a friend of mine to see if I can't get some more info, I will keep you informed, and again, if anyone else has any knowledge on this model I would be thrilled if you could inform me..rolexforums/showthread.php?t=109621I took a few better pictures, although my picture taking ability is not what it could be.
