ROC Movement Question
Wise TRFers...My F series Royal Oak Chrono has been losing time recently (15 seconds a day) so I sent a note to APSC to see what their advice is. I had it serviced last year at Clearwater so it is still under warranty and would rather get it adjusted now vs. have to pay for it later. This morning as I was setting the time to get a clear indication as to how much it is losing a day, there was something I noticed that I had never seen before. When I pull the crown out to it's time setting position and wind the hands backward, the running second hand stops and in some instances even moves backwards with the minute and hour hands. The 2385 is a non-hacking movement so I am not sure if there is something wrong or if this is normal and I never noticed it before. Anyone with a similar issue or who has a ROC and can verify if this is normal? PS...When I advance the hands forward, the seconds hand continues as normal. It is only when I am advancing the hands backward that it does this.

SS Royal Oak Chronograph 26320
Hi guys. I've recently become more intrigued by the 41 mm ROC in steel with the white dial. Any sense of how widely available these models are (new), and what sort of discount I could expect to get from an AD? Thanks in advance for the help!
Which would you buy? Near NOS or newer movement?
Question for the group. You have two different versions of an Explorer II 16570 to choose from, which would you buy:- 16570 D serial that looks almost as if it's NOS, still has hologram, box, no card. Watch was bought as a gift and then never worn according to original owner. No polishing whatsoever. Watch is from a local dealer with whom you already have a relationship and trust. Watch legitimately looks brand spanking new. 16570 M serial with the 3186, has signs of wear and lightly polished, bracelet has some wear, bezel not perfect with small minuscule dings, from trusted forum seller for about $400 more. Box and papers. You have no intention of reselling or flipping.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Sea-Dweller 4000 now with glossy dial?
I was at AD today as I'm visiting Europe and the store manager (who sold me a SD4000 2 yrs ago) told me to hold on to that old model because he said Rolex is switching to glossy dial on it?! He didn't have one in stock to inspect.Anyone heard or seen anything about this?
