Choice Pick Tiffany & Co. Streamerica Watch For Sale
Coming along only once in a while the Tiffany & Co. Steamerica hits eBay again. This is, in my opinion, the nicest version of the watch with the full metal bracelet, dark gray face, and simple face (some other versions featured world timers). These watches age really well. The high quality steel takes a beating and polishes if necessary. There are very few bracelets in existence of the type used on the Streamerica. Look closely at the construction and you will see a horizontal as well as vertical linkage. This acts to allow for increased flexibility in the bracelet resulting in a more comfortable, fitted wearing experience. I don't know whether to attribute this to Tiffany & Company or Hysek that designed, but the it is a fascinating design seldom seen elsewhere.I have discussed the Tiffany & Co. i think the 5167 meets many of the criteria - thin- light- non ss bracelet, yet elegant sporty- darker contrast colours that work with shoes/belt/cuffs- under the radar / doesn't ooze look at meoverall a pleasing watch for the the quintessential gentleman who from time to time may happen to find himself in a setting where a dress watch is required
