Question about Anti Reflection Coating
I recently purchased my first Omega, a Seamaster Bond. It was manufactured in 2002. I am surprised to note how much glare and reflection is visible on the crystal. Did Omega use anti-reflection coating on its' watch crystals in 2002? Any information is appreciated.Thank you,N.K.
Welcome to Planet Ocean!
The Omega Planet Ocean ref 2201.50 arrived today and I picked it up at the local post office. It is a gorgeous watch, better in person than my photos.... dial is really easy to read. Came with the inner and outer boxes, purchase receipt from the original owner. The three cards (Int'l warranty, chronometer cert and Pictograms) came with the watch undated, purchaser name unmarked, but stamped by the AD.Here are photos of them. Please excuse the white balance!
Sizing a Nautilus bracelet (pin version)
Good afternoon,Could a more knowledgeable member of the forum help with a how-to re the above ? The watch in question is a 2014 5712/1a. There's nothing in the manual on how to do it and both the search function on here and Google are letting me down.A weblink, or a couple of tips, would be very much appreciated indeed.
I need help purchasing a dress watch
Hey guys. I am in the market for a dress watch for formal attire. I'm leaning a little more towards something with a strap such as an IWC Portuguese, but I am also open to maybe something like a datejust 41 in steel with a white or silver face. What do you guys think about my choices? What would you suggest? What's your dress watch? Thanks for your time.
I own a Rolex(s) but I also...
...break my toothpick in half and save one-half for later. Coming from simpler times and lesser means, I have some habits that I can't shake off. Thought it'd be interesting to hear your frugalities as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
