Annual Calendar Help Me Decide
I am thinking ahead. Perhaps more towards the fall or end of the year--- In PP i have a PP 5712 steel, 5990 steel, 5164 steel. I realize from my overall collection I am missing a Calendar watch. So i have been looking through the PP options and would like any opinions or comments. I am not a dressy guy. I have a couple of dress watches and my daily work attire is casual (e.g. dockers or nice jeans and nice shirt). So i prefer the less formal pieces. So here are what is available and some of my comments. I am not even going into the various colors and sub models yet1) 5726 Nautilus -- I like but I will rule out right away because i have two Nautiluses now2) 5146- I really like having a PR indicator. I need to look in person again to see how easy it is to read the subdials. I am not sure i like the subdial approach to show the day and month. I know this is an iconic piece. Would complement my other PPs.3) 5205- Favoring this one at the moment. I like the general appearance and
Poll: PAM 312, PAM 233 or PAM 270??
Which of these models would be your choice?1) PAM 312 (3 Day)2) PAM 233 (8 Day)3) PAM 270 (10 Day)
Trade Pelagos for 114060?
Would you trade a pelagos (blue face) towards a 114060? I don’t wear the pelagos and I have hankering for a 114060 or 116610. I have a 116600, 16600, 14060M for my other divers. I will be adding a 16610LV soon, I think I have one picked out.
Purchased the sub today. 116610LN
Couldn't be happier to have purchased my first Rolex from an AD today. Was torn between multiple models from the DJ41, Explorer 1, to the BLNR finally landed on the Sub date and I picked it up around 1 today. Totally understand why this is such a historical piece. And I am glad I went with the date. Thanks for help with deciding as I posted many questions about what model to choose. Cheers to a good year!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
