A 1940s Mono-Rattrapante Bovet Chronograph 1 OF 15 We'll start with one of the most fascinating watches of the lot – this Bovet Mono-Rattrapante. First of all, Bovet of the 1940s has very little, if anything, to do with the Bovet of today. Back then they were making elegant watches with classic designs and in the case of this wonderful Mono-Rattrapante, downright fascinating concepts. We all know what a rattrapante, or split-seconds, is, and all also know it is one of the holy grails of horology – a complication reserved for highest echelons of watchmaking, in particular back then! 44mm bezel size
I went to an AP AD yesterday and tried a 44, it was the steel version, and one thing was striking, the bezel was much thinner in width than the bezel on my CE diver, is that the case for all 44mm models? When I see pics of the RG it doesn't seem to be the case, also when I saw the CE 44 it didn't strike me as well, but yesterday it's the first thing I noticed, do all the 44's have the exact same bezel?When you look at the AP website the SS 44 does seem to have a much thinner bezel than the CE 44, clearly thinner than the diver's bezel as well, I thought that the bezel was the same for all 44's and find it quite strange that the bezel on a 44 is thinner than the ones on 42's… Here's the link to the AP page where you can see it, of all the 44's the SS seems to have a much thinner bezel than the others, wonder why they made a thinner bezel for this mdel and not the same bezel for all :.audemarspiguet/fr/wat...l-oak-offshoreThanks for your answer to my existential question

Good evening all can anyone tell me if the submariner has a waiting list or if Rolex is experiencing supply problems the reason I ask is I've messaged a few sellers who have listed subs priced over the rrp for unused 2016 models and the reason they gave was that official dealers simply can't get that model or that there is a waiting list for them is this true.
