Reactor Poseidon 1000m Dive Watch
The big daddy watch from Reactor is this Poseidon model - and has been available since last Fall or so. It is available in a standard and limited edition version. Each has style differences, and the Limited Edition Poseidon model contains a? Seiko made Kinetic (automatic rotor spins to charge the battery) quartz movement. There is even an exhibition caseback so that you can see the rotor. Exhibition casebacks on quartz watches are very rare. You can see the limited edition here with orange hues and different hands. I do like the limited edition better.The standard Poseidon model has a standard Japanese quartz movement with a 10 year battery. The two watches share a number of characteristics, including the chunky 48mm wide steel case with brushed steel, and black applications. The metal bracelet is two tone as well. Royal Oak Everyday & Everywhere
Looking for some advice. I have read almost all the threads on how delicate and is this OK for everyday but am hoping to connect with those that really beat on the modern references. I have been wearing a modern GMTc everyday for about two years. From the Board Room to the Gentleman's club. Construction sites to weddings. Big meeting and large presentations to street hockey and alcohol fueled fist fights... it has served me well. I cannot get the thought of the silver 15400st out of my mind and am thinking of retiring my GMT or passing it along to a family member. Market Value For Navitimer II?
Hey all.Looking at a 10 year old full steel Navitimer II. Both boxes, all papers including warranty. Leather deployment strap. Never serviced. I haven't been able to find comparables on eBay completed auctions.Seller wants $3000, I offered $2000. Considering Breitling service is $550 plus tax, and the current leather strap is stained, and has loose stitching, I'm looking at another $300 for a new strap. Is my offer too low? Seller thinks so, but factoring in servicing, and new leather I think it's a fair offer.Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Flip the Sub 114060 for a GMT 16710?
I currently have a Sub C ND that I bought to wear as an every day watch and it does the job perfectly. But I'll be honest, it just doesn't give me that special feeling that my BLNR gives me every time I put it on. It feels great on the wrist and the watch itself is very handsome but it's also a bit...boring. I've been considering almost every SS model but nothing was singing to me. Then it just happened, the 16710 GMT Master II. I've always liked them but being that they were discontinued a while back, I was a bit nervous to buy an older watch. But lately I've been looking at them more and more and it just really grew on me. Unfortunately, so has the price. If I were to buy one it would most likely have to be an incomplete set, probably watch only and I would probably still have to add some cash on top after selling the ND (which is a complete set). I am buying with the intention of wearing and not storing so as long as the watch is in good condition I wouldn't mind. Would you guys fli
