Zenith El Primero Chronomaster 1969 Tour Auto Edition Watch
Zenith are making the most of their 150th anniversary, and the Zenith El Primero Chronomaster 1969 Tour Auto Edition is the latest celebratory piece to be revealed by the brand. Although the marketing material focuses on Zenith's entire history, the truth is that the Zenith El Primero Chronomaster 1969 Tour Auto Edition pays homage to a development made 46 years ago when Zenith released the world's first integrated chronograph calibre. The El Primero has gone on to reach a level of reverence modern movements will hope to emulate or exceed. It is, in my mind, the definitive luxury workhorse. Omega Seamaster 600.
Found this in a draw which is my great uncles watch. Not been wound/worn for at least 20 years.Know nothing about it. Any ideas about it ?. The year, movement etc...?I've wound it, set the date and the last hour it's kept perfect time.Would you get serviced or keep as is ?. Edit :- seems like it's gold plated and in bad shape. Glass has a few marks on it.

New watch dead on arrival
So I just took delivery of a pre owned GMT Master II from a listing on TRF and for the life of me I can not get it to run. I have wound it 40 clicks, worn it while walking for nearly an hour, nothing has gotten it started. I'm not sure how to proceed from here. I don't want to pay another few hundred for a service - the cost difference would be minimal between that and a new GMT. Is there something else that may be causing it to not run? Thanks.
