Romain Jerome Skylab Spaceage Skeleton Watch
Something quite new from Swiss Romain Jerome, here is the Skylab. The new timepiece collection with its skeletonized dial and movement is unique but thematically related to the brand's other "moon-themed" timepieces that began with the Moon Dust DNA collection (hands-on here). The Moon Dust DNA was Romain Jerome's first follow-up model to the famed Titanic DNA watch (watches-dealer review here). The Moon Dust DNA was said to contain some actual dust particles from the moon, and metal from the original Apollo XI spacecraft.Following up the Moon Dust DNA was another space-themed watch. That was the Romain Jerome Moon Invader collection (hands-on here), and the space and spacecraft theme has dominated Romain Jerome watches ever since. Most recently Romain Jerome announced another highly-limited edition spacey watch with the impressive Moon Orbiter Tourbillon. The newest limited edition set of watches from
Zenith El Primero Chronomaster Limited Edition For The Watch Gallery
For over a decade now,?Zenith's?El Primero 4021 movement have been beating inside their Chronomaster line of watches. Much like Zenith itself, this collection had its ups and downs only to finally become stronger and more appealing than ever. Now we are looking at a very exclusive version of the Chronomaster Power Reserve model: a limited edition of only?10 pieces sold in the UK from the The Watch Gallery. This specific model is a lovely connection between Zenith's historic designs from the sixties and seventies and its more modern looks. On the other hand, owing to the circular-ish opening of the dial, there is a lot of action constantly going on. First of all there is the balance wheel performing 10 semi-oscillations every second, then there is the interaction between the escape wheel and the pallet fork - colored pur

Frequency of tropical dials, ghost bezels, and spider dials
hello,i'm interested if anyone knows of any numbers around how often rolex dials go tropical or spider, as well as how often a bezel on a sub goes ghost? i know there are a lot of factors here, however i'm curious to know if there's some established facts or information around how often these aging phenomenons occur? or if there are other known aging styles you know about, particularly those that do not affect the function of the piece.
