Christophe Claret X-TREM-1 Pinball Piece Unique For Only Watch 2013
At Baselworld 2013,?Christophe Claret shared with me images of a new version of the X-Trem-1 called the Pinball. The first of which will be a piece unique to be sold at the Only Watch 2013 charity watch auction event. After the auction, there may be some other color variations of the X-Trem-1 Pinball that will be offered to select Christophe Claret clients but that hans't yet been confirmed. Why "Pinball?" Well if you've noticed, Christophe himself loves gaming. There was the Blackjack 21 watch?that later evolved into the Baccarat watch, with more to come in the future. The Pinball falls along those lines. So what is different about it compared to the original X-Trem-1 aside from the flashy colors? largest club of its kind has worked closely with Tag Heuer
The Porsche Club of America, which is more than 100 000 members, but which is also the largest club of its kind has worked closely with Tag Heuer to make this limited edition Monaco based watch. Why they did not work with Porsche Design Eterna, I do not know. Seems that it would have been just a little bit more sense. Although this pattern of special colour on the Monaco is enough cherry. As the cherry, with its mainly black tones with a racing stripe red black and white trim.
down to two, now which one
Picking up my first AP here hopefully this week, have it down to these two.The 15400 silver or the Royal Oak Chrono silver.Def getting a silver face, but which to do? Can't decide.
1st Incoming of 2015
And it's yet again another AP, yes another Diver. I guess my SS Diver needs a friend. Regardless my admiration for PP or Lange etc... I still tends to gravitate towards AP time after time. Saw this at the AP boutique in Ginza and end up picking it up. Funny how my opinion changes when one gets sufficient time to play with a watch. Quick impression. Very comfortable watch. Great finishing on the ceramic. Watch actually looks much better at night and in the flesh then on photos. More pics to follow later
PAM 422 Has Arrived
Here is my new 422. I must admit it doesn't have that special something the 372 has. It's not bad though.
