Top 10 Japanese Watches
AskMenwatches-dealer commanded that I make a list of the top 10 Japanese watches currently available. I am not even the type of person who is able to choose a favorite movie or food. But it looks like list making is popular, and you all enjoy it.? The list of the top Japanese watches includes Seiko, Citizen, Casio, and Orient watches. Everything in the list if a good choice. Even # 10 is still in the "top 10." So check it out, comment if you feel so inspired, and feel free to come up with your own additions to the list or lists of your own.Read my Top 10 Japanese Watches article on AskMenwatches-dealer here.

It is probably the Sentinel of IWC Da Vinci beginning that I could see me erosion. The reflex movement is similar as that involved in the new vigil IWC Portuguese Yacht Cabaret Chronograph, but the plume is entirely unlike.
Watch Spotting: Jon Hamm Wearing A Vintage Omega Seamaster On The Cover Of Rolling Stone
Last night saw the premiere of Mad Men season 6, and not only was there some awesome vintage Leica-love, but also a spotlight on Don's now water-logged wristwatch in the first five minutes! We've gone in-depth with the watches of Mad Men before, courtesy of the man who sourced them, but it's also nice to see Mr. Draper himself sporting his now trademark 1966 Omega Seamaster on the cover of this month's Rolling Stone. Not bad. Not bad at all.
Are we very forgiving ?
After reading many problems and also experiencing some myself, yet I see many are very forgiving. Is the brand loyalty so strong that one overlook real issues? Just my experience and observation.
AC February Adjustment
I recently added my first PP, a 5726. This is also my first AC watch. First question: For AC PPs like the 5726, when do you adjust your date for February? On March 1st or on the 28th / 29th of February? The manual says not to advance the date when it's either the 30th or the 31st because the month change mechanism is in motion. To me it would make since to adjust on the last day of February and before the date change mech is in motion.Second question: Does the movement think February has 30 or 31 days? That is, would you set the date to the 30th or 31st on the last day of February? Reading through the manual I did not see where it specified this. I realize I have a while before I need to worry about this, but I was just wondering.
