Swatch Irony XLite Watches New For 2015
Swatch is a design machine and probably produces more new watches each than any other Swiss watch maker; and for 2015, we see the Swatch Irony XLite collection. Of course, Swatch's prolific design lab makes sense, since Swatch is a major money maker for the larger Swatch Group where the Swatch watch brand sits as the stable base. Because there are a lot of people around the world who buy Swatch watches, and because they make fun and affordable gifts, we like to cover them. Also, even high-end watch lovers like to get a Swatch every once in a while, given their fun designs. Swatch timepieces also have the unique benefit of being an inexpensive watch you can wear around watch snobs without them snickering at you.In the watch industry, Swatch watches are also seen as one of the few timepieces you can wear to any brand that they won't get upset about despite it being one of their watches. No, Swiss watch makers aren't at all competitiveThose who don't know might also find it interesting th
Considering flipping my Daytona for a RO...but first, some AP questions
As the title states, I'm considering making this move. I love my Daytona, but I tried on the 15400 this past weekend, and it blew my mind. I'd want the black dial, I personally like it more than the blue or white. Having both is not something I want to do.Making this move would leave me without a Rolex, but I'd probably pick up a Speedmaster as a second watch that is more robust.Since I am very new to the AP brand, I do have some questions for you experts.- I've read lots of comments on the cost of service for a Royal Oak. How much is a service for one, and would it really be more than my Daytona? Also, how long does a service take?- I've read some people say negative things about the accuracy of the time keeping. Is this a legit concern, or just something uninformed people keep repeating?- I'm seeing a lot of white dial used 15400s, but very few black dials. If I wanted AP to switch dials for me, how long would the turnaround be, and what would it cost?- Last question, does my wrist s

which 5726 AC
so i've seriously been infected with the PP virus and would like to acquire a 5726 to complement my recently acquired 5711 blue. the only question remains is which version of the 5726 to get! would really appreciate some arguments for any of those options... the following is what i'm thinking... 1. grey dial on strap. it would be quite different from 5711 because it's on a strap and i don't own any other strap watches. like the dial color as well. strap may give it a different feel. 2. grey dial on bracelet. my favorite of the 3 independent of all other considerations, but afraid it may be too close to the 5711 as they're both dark dial with bracelet.3. white dial on bracelet. very different from the 5711 and has a super clean feel to it. definitely would fulfill a more sporty role than the 5711.
