2010 Olympic Edition
Has anyone bought the Seamaster olympic version? I would like to see some wrist shots if you have them.I really would like a white faced watch and the only real option (for a LONG time) is the Rolex Exp II which costs about $6800 here in Canada. I always found it a tad bit small and the Seamaster line to be just right. When I spoke to my AD he said that alot of people like the olympic version but dislike the red besel and olympic symbol on the second hand which apparently both can be changed.Let me know.
The true reason the Nautilus is impossible to get
The person who started the trend is Future. He was the first rapper to constantly bring up Patek in his songs over and over. For some of you who don't know who he is, he was by far the biggest hit maker of 2015 2016 and 2017.His other buddies from Atlanta, the Migos have been rapping non stop about Patek. Some of you might scoff and say it's because of (whatever your reasoning)When you have the NUMBER ONE artists in the world for the past four years talking 24/7 about wearing Pateks, you have the demand that now follows. These guys aren't wearing 36mm perpetual calendars or dress calatravas. Nautilus, Nautilus, and more Nautilus. Mainly because it's sporty and since it's on bracelet, you can flood it with diamonds.Since Rolex is so abundant, these guys had to go the next level to blow cash. (Patek and AP)These guys also are half the reason the 15407 is a pain in the ass now too.I know this is a tough pill for some of you to handle but it's 100% the truth. The number one selling music g

Complicated Patek or Rolex Comex?
I have been thinking about my next acquisition and it really comes down to two options. I have recently shifted much of my collection to PP. I just did a big trade consolidating several watches for a new 5970J . I have been thrilled with the result. The 5970 may be the perfect watch. It's the perfect size, the layout is legible, the look is extremely elegant and the quality is remarkable. I have also been wearing other PP's as daily wearers. Nevertheless, I have always wanted a COMEX. I love the Sea Dweller and the rarity factor and romanticism of the extreme divers watch has always captured my imagination. I know it only a dial and caseback but it just is really the only Rolex now that interests me along with other rare models like the Omani SeaDweller. Which would you guys lean to in the next round of insanity? Thanks and a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year to all....
312 vs 233 Service cost
Hi,I've never owned a Panerai but I'm contemplating about purchasing the Panerai 312 vs 233. I've read many of the threads about both of these beautiful pieces and the pro's and con's about both of them. However, I couldn't find information about the cost of servicing them. Like Rolexes and Omega's, does Panerai recommend getting these watches serviced every 5 years?
