Recomendations of omega dealers in Hong Kong
HiCan anyone recommend an authorized dealer/retailer over here in Hong Kong. I have tried a couple of Boutiques but they won't shift on prices.I would be happy to deal with a reputable dealer who will ship overseas to Hong Kong if the price is right.I am interested in the 2254.50.00 and the 2538.20.00 great whiteThanks
Patek Philippe
why are Patek Philippe watches so exspensive? Are all of their models solid gold?I have been told that they are possibly even better than Rolex, but they are at least 2 or 3 times more expensive. I thought Rolex was the only company in the world that made all of it's own movements, parts etc.
Patek Philippe dials?
Hello all! I'm hoping I can get some help here. 1st my back ground is a pen maker of watch part pens. These are my specialties in pens.Anyway I have a client that is looking for a Patek Philippe dial in both barrels of the pen he wants me to make him.Do any of you have a couple of dials available, or do you know anyone with these dials I could contact? Here is a pix of one of my pens in my limited editions series. He wants one like this but Patek Philippe dials instead. I hope this is ok to post here so mods if it isn't please tell me where to go in the forum.Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!Dale
Mystery white dial
Lots of posts on the magic of the blue dial Nautilus, and how the light transforms it. Let me put in a good word for the white dial as well, it really does change a lot as well depending on the ligthing. Sometimes it looks pure white, other times more creamy. And last night, sitting and enjoying a cognac, it looks almost pure steely.
PAM 115 vs 219--A Few Questions
Good afternoon TRF, I posted in the Panerai section fairly recently as I decided I'm ready to buy one and would like a left-handed (Destro) model. While someone here recommended the PAM 123 which I looked up and instantly loved, I decided the $10k+ price tag is more than I'd like to spend, especially considering this will be my first. I have narrowed my search to a 219 and a 115. Both are around the same price (both used). I am partial to the 115 because of the second hand but have a few questions/reservations. Does anyone have any insight as to which model holds its value better? I know many people here say don't worry about the value just buy what you like but this is important to me so I hope y'all understand . Also, the 115 does not come with any accessories (box/straps etc). While there are mixed feelings on this when it comes to Rolex, I am wondering what the consensus is when it comes to Panerai? I get the sense it affects value more than Rolex but I'm really not sure. Unfortun
