Affordable Vintage: 1970 Seiko 6139-7010 Chronograph
There are so many things to say about vintage Seiko automatic chronographs, that it's almost hard to find a place to start. They are iconic, well made, collectable, gorgeous, historically significant andaffordable. While it's hard to give exact numbers, generally speaking a Seiko 6138 or 6139 will run you between $100 and $400, condition and scarcity depending. Which is fantastic, because there are a plethora of models out there, some of which are more famous than others, and the relatively low price makes it possible to own a few. While it's tempting to write about them all, there have already been various articles, guides and forum posts on the topic, so I'll defer to those for brevity.Back in 2006, John Biggs put together a guide of classic Seiko movements, including the 6139, which is a good starting point. Felix, over at Hodinkee, did a splendid job putting together a guide?a couple of month's ago of specific significant models, focused on the 6139 and 6138 movements. And if you
Good price for 15450 Blue?
Hey all, tried on the 15450 in white this past weekend at the local boutique and really liked it! Was curious to get your thoughts on how much of a discount I should be aiming for. Also, are most AP AD's typically unwilling to ship to first time customers? Would love to save on sales tax if at all possible. Thanks guys

Getting a 116710 BLNR "BATMAN" in Vancouver B.C
Hello fellas,Its been awhile since I've been on this forum, last time I was on was when I was back in 2011 when I was looking to buy my first Rolex 116610 LV HULK .Philip1019 from this forum made it happen assisting me in getting a good deal at Lugaro West Vancouver. I am ready to get my second Rolex and looking to get the GMT-MASTER II 116710 BLNR BATMAN and want to see if anyone can assist me in scoring a good deal locally.Another question, it seems like there is only 2 official Rolex dealer left in Vancouver? What happened to the rest of them? I remember there was at least 5 official Rolex dealer back in 2011.Thank you in advance fellow Rolex members!
