Top 10 Watches For Traveling
When it comes to categorizing watches, we tend to organize them by the strict purposes their styles were originally meant for. More recently, the travel watch has been a more ambiguous category of watches that serve travelers with a range of needs both functional and fashionable. The question we seek to answer in this article is "what are the elements of a good watch to wear while traveling?" Of course, the answer depends on where you are going, but you'll see a lot of commonalities between these watches despite there being many different types of timepieces that would nevertheless be good to travel with. You'll also find a

Help identify, please...?
About 20 years ago, I inherited this 70's (I think) solid gold Omega. Since then, I've been trying to find out a little bit about it, but no luck. I just can't seem to find it on the internet. So, can any of you Omega experts please help me out? The dial says Omega automatic Geneve only. I've never even used it, the clasp keeps opening, so it's just gathering dust. I feel a little bad about it Thanks in advance!Petter
Pateks 2nd hand above retail
So it seems the message boards are active with all the talk about upcoming 5711/12 steel price increases and concern whether it is selective or will be across the board on all Nautilus or all sport or all steel or all men's, etc etc models. It would seem to me that if the goal were to diminish the 2nd hand/grey market-reseller position, then PP price increases would be selective to those models that resell for a premium greater than retail price. This isnt a perfect science however as the 5712/1A tends to sell slightly below retail and it appears to be subject to the price increase. We all know about 5711 being the prototypical example selling for 40-60% premium above retail. BUT, what are the other models in similar situations and what percent above retail do they resell for?
5110 WT question
Looking for some help...did all 5110 world timers come with both a sapphire and solid case back, or did it depend on the metal?
