Here are four new versions of the Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon that Omega presented at Baselworld.All four of the new Speedmasters bear certain crucial similarities. They’re all certified chronometers. They all have a bicompax chronograph layout: the chronograph hours and minutes are in the 3-o’clock subdial, running seconds are at 9 o’clock and a date window is at 6. They all bear a tachymeter scale around the bezel. There are nonreflective sapphire crystals on the front and back.Under the dial, all have Omega Co-Axial caliber 9300: an automatic, 4-Hz movement that runs in 54 jewels. From 7 sec slow per day to spot on..! Very happy now!
I bought this new model Navy brand new in december 2014. I was a bit dissapointed as the watch was running 7 sec slow per day. :-(I decided to wear it a few weeks anyway before sending it to the spa because I wanted to wear my new friend for a while.Now 4 months later the watch is running spot on. I adjusted the time to summertime two weeks ago and it is 2 sec behind today after two weeks. So 2 sec slow in 14 days. I did not do anything to the watch just wear/enjoy it everyday. I am very happy that I didn't send it in for service yet and that the watch is so precise now. How To Tell JLC From In-House AP?
Is there a way to tell which models have a JLC-base caliber versus an in-house AP movement? Does it depend on the reference/model? Is it by serial number?

Need to get my fellow forum members thoughts on the Pam514.I love the look of the watch and it fits my wrist nicely.Just wanted to know other peoples thoughts on this watch...Are their other models I should considere at this price point that would be a better choice?I currently have a Pam380 and love it but would like a in house movement.

How do the Grey Sellers get inventory?
TRF,How can the grey sellers who post on the classified forum keep their stock constantly refurbished? A couple of them have websites and it seems like they have 3-5x more watches that my local AD!I just don't get it. I have called around looking for a couple hard to find SS models and all I get is the 1-2 year wait song and dance. Should I just give in to the Grey side and pay them their premium??The best,NB
