Can a lady wear a men's AP?
Hi all I have browsed the entire owners' thread and did not see any ladies posts. I am intrigued by the day date moon style (with a bracelet-no strap) and wondering if I could pull this off. There are no AP dealers where I live, so I can't try on for now. What are your thoughts?
Ladies Omega Constellation in the US
Hi Guys,I'm looking at buying a ladies omega constellation for my misses Just doing some research and went down to the local AD. They offered $3000AUD which includes a 20% discount. I could maybe get a few hundred more but i'm not holding my breathe. My friend is going to the US in a few weeks and just wondering how the prices match up. It's got diamonds where the numbers are supposed to be, matt finish as per the below picture. Really appreciate if you could provide me with some feedback on prices She's going to NY and LA.omegawatchreviews/wp-.../polished1.png
Trade 5167 for 5711/1r questions
Hi guys. I've been trying to make up my mind on what to acquire next for a while now and have decided that the 5711/1r is the watch for sure. I've spoken with a few different grey dealers about pricing on new pieces so wanted to see what you all thought the correct market price is right now. I've read many posts stating that PM pieces can be had at a 10-15% discount fairly easily from ADs but it seems like ADs do not like dealing with new customers that email them or phone them. I have had zero luck even getting in contact with a sales person from the closest AD in Memphis after four attempts so feel like the after sale service would be just as poor. That leaves me with what info I've gained by talking with a few different grey dealers. I don't mind dealing with grey dealers that have a good rep here in the states at all and have bought a couple watches from them here on the forums. So in a round about way what I've been offered is between $13-14.5k for my watch and $31.5k-$33k cash wh

A thread to discuss the merits of those Gondolo's we like the best.Remember there are no winners and there certainly are no losers.Just a discussion of which Gondolo's we like and why.Pictures are a must whenever possible, remember it's awfully hard to discuss the beauty of something without a picture. From the Patek Phillipe website:The spirit of Art DecoThe Gondolo collection, launched in 1993, is Patek Philippe's contemporary interpretation of the Art Deco style. It demonstrates Patek Philippe's commitment to form watches which figure proudly in the company's legacy. The name of the collection was derived from the Chronometro Gondolo watches that were manufactured by Patek Philippe for the renowned Brazilian retailer Gondolo & Labouriau between 1902 and 1930.
