At SIHH the Roger Dubuis booth presented a casino look, consistent with the launch of the new men’s collection La Mon��gasque. The piece that best represents the high-stakes gambling theme is the limited edition Chronograph Big Number which sports the classic casino colors black, red and green. The 44mm rose gold case recalls the brand’s popular Sympathie line. Behind the roulette-inspired dial lies the self-winding RD680 movement which has been designed, developed and produced by Manufacture Roger Dubuis. The double-pusher column-wheel chronograph features a central chronograph hand, 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock, and small seconds at 9 o'clock. The movement, with 261 parts and 42 jewels, is 6.30mm thick and beats at a frequency of 4 Hz (28,800 vph). I've had my 15202 a couple of months now... And I'm still as happy as I was day oneI really hope this continues to be the case, because I have flipped thru a lot of watches. But the feel I get from putting it on, staring at, and just owning it is unlike any otherThe closest I've got to this level of satisfaction was probably from my first rolex. It was a monumental experience and owning one after coveting for so long, was amazing.
