Watch Wallpaper: 5 Footballers And Their Hublot Watches
As part of its “Hublot Loves Football” campaign, the Hublot watch company ? enlisted Swiss photographer Fred Merz to snap portraits of soccer legends of today and yesteryear, with each one featuring both a Hublot watch and the brand’s World Cup symbol, a soccer ball painted and decorated by Brazilian artist Romero Britto.Merz traveled far and wide to produce the series, which features Hublot watch “ambassadors” and “friends of the brand” from the world of international soccer, aka football. For example, the acknowledged “King of Football,” Pel, was filmed in a fashionable Ipanema Hotel in Rio, while “The Special One,” current Chelsea coach Jos Mourinho, was photographed in a shadowy basement during a visit to the Hublot watch manufacture in Nyon, Switzerland. In other shots, members of various teams were depicted on their home turf. We’ve collected five of these images as downloadable wallpaper for your desktop.C
Equipe Watches: Commercial For New Brand
New watch brand Equipe get's a commercial. Where it will run I am not sure - on YouTube at the very least. The brand has a number of automotive inspired watches with a "gear-head" fashion twist. Some interesting designs. Check em out if you like what you see.
What's the the Fora's opinion?
I've been mesmerized by the Omega Speedmaster Pro Race Dial, limited edition for Japan (released in only 2004), Ref number 3570.40. But as you know these are very hard to come by.I do find modded Ref 3570.50 with the Race Dial, often without boxes and papers. Are these considered desirable? What might one pay for one? I don't want to be stuck with a frankenwatch.
Sorry for the novice question...I thought I liked the Nautilus but it turns out...
Sorry for the novice question...I thought I liked the Nautilus but it turns out...That I love the Patek Philippe Aquanaut [Reference 5167) What's the major differences? Except everything probably! Thanks for your help and easing me into Patek.
Whats the best leather/rubber straps
Does anyone have a recommendation for leather and rubber straps for my GMT's? I see a lot of talk about the Everest straps. Are they worth the money? I just have a hard time paying that much for a rubber strap. Any other brands out there that one would recommend? Or just bite the bullet and buy an Everest? What about leather?thanks people :)
