luxurious Bulgari Octo Bi-Retro Steel Ceramic Watch
I do not think that this double image of mark on the dial approach is going to last forever, but at least in the short term that the two names will be there. Why? Photo Report: Recapping HODINKEE's Celebration Of F.P. Journe In NYC
On a rainy Monday night in New York City, HODINKEE welcomed over 30 of our friends and readers to the F.P.Journe boutique for an evening of drinks, dinner, and spirited conversation about some of the finest, and most interesting watches being made today. The attention to detail and efficient workflow within the manufacture was mesmerizing, in addition to the dizzying array of high-tech machinery used to produce the modern watches. But what struck me most was the assortment of vintage pocket watches and wristwatches on display at the company's museum – everything from the first mass-produced digital watch movement to prototypical models from both the Portuguese and Portofino collections. I couldn't help but snap away to share some of these interesting and rare timepieces with you. 1 OF 10 This pocket watch from 1885 demonstrates IWC's early appreciation of innovative concepts in movement engineering, which resulted in more modern aesthetics.
