Reactor Salutes 2008 NL MVP Albert Pujols
Southern California-based Reactor, maker of durable and progressive sport watches, has designed a special one-of-a-kind Diamond Nucleus watch to commemorate St. Louis Cardinals star first baseman Albert Pujols' stellar 2008 season. Considered one of the sport's best players, Pujols was voted the National League's Most Valuable Player in 2008. Reactor presented the special watch, featuring the Cardinals logo and Pujols's #5 on the dial, together with 2.25 carats of flawless VS1 diamonds on the bezel, to Albert at a Cardinals home game the week after the All-Star game. In addition, the company produced a second matching watch, which will be donated to the Pujols Family Foundation and auctioned off to raise funds for the charity. Watch hunt, and how exactly can I see the 5711 in the flesh!?
I travel very often, and every single Patek Philippe boutique I have been to does not have a Nautilus. They are always sold in the pack as soon as they come to customers that have reserved it.I really need to see how the watch wears on my 6.25 wrists, and if it sings to me.I have ruled out the Aquanaut even though I like it a lot, because the Nautilus simply looks so much better to me(in pics). The AP lugs don't seem to rest well on my wrists, and I am told that the Nautilus should fit like a glove. How exactly does one go about trying this watch on before a purchase?
PAM 375? What say you?
I had a chance to handle a PAM 375. Its quite nice and low profile. Felt like it sits closer to the wrist than other 47mm 1950 case (372, etc)Anybody has one? How does the composite case hold up?
